The artist reserves the right to refuse a commission either due to personal reasons or inappropriate subjects.

Any major edits the client wishes for should be stated during the sketching stage. The artist will do 3 edits, after which there may be a fee for any further edits. Changes in the later state can be done only if they're small.

Estimated time it takes to finish a commission after the sketch is approved: from a couple of days to a month depending on the drawing/painting. Does not apply to comics, a comic can take longer since it's a bigger commission.

You can't use the commissioned art for NFTs or AI.

The artist sends the invoice after the client has approved the sketch. The artist will proceed with the commission once it has been fully paid.

Payment is to be made through Paypal.

If the commission is cancelled by the client, the refund will depend on the amount of work already gone into the piece.

The artist retains the rights to recycle unused sketches for other purposes.

The client may not profit from the artwork in any form. Prints for entirely personal use are allowed.

The artist may display the commissioned art in gallery/portfolio).

You, the client aren't allowed to use the sketches or the finished artwork for ai or training ai.
